Calahonda beach is a smallish sandy beach located just to the left of the Balcon de Europa, right in the centre of Nerja. Access to Calahonda beach is via a walkway to the left of the Balcón de Europa and it zig-zags its way down, so although fairly steep, it is not too exhausting.
